Mike has extensive experience of British and international education spanning several continents, multiple curricula and diverse organisations around the world. As a House Master at Harrow International School Hong Kong for many years, Mike developed specialised knowledge of boarding, fusing a blend of pastoral, academic, and leadership skills, responsibilities and training. Mike has also served as academic Head of Department at a leading UK school, and understands what's needed for prospective students to target top academic institutions. Georgina is an experienced and passionate academic tutor. She attended the University of Cambridge, where she read Geography in conjunction with the highly competitive Management Studies Tripos. With her understanding of both the intricacies of geography and the complexities of management, she brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her tutoring. Georgina's extensive experience is complemented by her manner, which emphasises creating a supportive and tailored learning environment for her students. Her approach is designed to cater to individual needs, fostering both academic confidence and exam mastery. As a result of her methodological approach, students under Georgina's guidance experience substantial academic growth and development.

Caroline brings over 20 years of experience in education, with a background including teaching, guardianship services, and running residential programmes alongside other educational operations. As an experienced and trusted voice in education, she works closely with numerous schools and universities, building partnerships that enrich academic and student development pathways. Caroline holds a degree from the University of Nottingham and an MSc from King's College London, equipping her with a deep understanding of high-quality education and its impact on students' futures. As a DSL, she ensures that student well-being and meaningful learning experiences are central priorities.

Tom is a highly experienced tutor and has successfully supported many students applying to medical school, with many of his students now studying at Oxford and Cambridge. Having achieved 11 9s at GCSE, 4 A*s at A Level and the highest first year score in his college, Tom builds on his personal experience to teach students the methodical and strategic approach he uses to get the highest possible grades in public examinations and admission tests. He currently works as an undergraduate researcher at the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences; with his work soon to be published in the Journal of Neuroscience. He was awarded this year's prestigious Undergraduate Prize for Physiology. Tom graduated into his 4th yesr with First Class Honours.
